May is traditionally the time of year when talk turns to the impact of legacy giving.

A special group of donors have blessed St. Boniface Hospital Foundation with their forethought and generosity. These individuals – members of our Legacy of Hope Society – are contributing to a brighter future for patients, families, and caregivers they might never know, with their commitment to leave an estate gift in support of St. Boniface Hospital.

At the Foundation’s Donor Celebration on April 29, Carmine Militano, Chair, St. Boniface Hospital Foundation Board of Directors, thanked these donors for their kindness.

Militano is a Legacy of Hope Society member, together with his wife, Nancy.

“Thank you for being part of the Legacy of Hope. It’s a good feeling to know that, even at some point in time, we will continue to be able to contribute to the advancement of health care and research in Manitoba.”
